January: Start Strong with Business Planning
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
With this in mind, our members will begin the year with a Business Planning Deep Dive. This intensive half-day session is designed to set you up for success, helping you clarify your goals, refine your strategies, and lay the groundwork for an extraordinary 2025.

February: Conference and Beach Party in Sydney
In February, we’ll be back at The Roundhouse in Sydney for our first conference of the year, with an incredible lineup of speakers already locked in.
Our in-person events are such a fantastic opportunity to think about the bigger picture of your business, learn new skills and connect with other business owners.
As a member, you have the opportunity to attend online but we very much hope to see you in person, particularly because we have booked a venue for an evening beach party!
This event is the perfect combination of education and celebration, offering you the chance to learn cutting-edge strategies while enjoying some much-needed relaxation.
Work Weeks in The Philippines
After two successful events last year, we are looking forward to reconnecting with our Wrkpod colleagues in the Philippines for three Work Weeks this year: in February, June, and October. These trips provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships with your offshore team and boost productivity.
- June Work Week will align with the highly anticipated iGrow Conference, specifically designed for Virtual Assistants and team members. This is a must-attend event for teams looking to grow their skills and connection.
March: Hands Across the Water Charity Ride
March brings the return of the Hands Across the Water charity bike ride. This life-changing event supports orphaned children in Thailand, and there’s still time to sign up and join in.
Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or you like the idea of a new challenge, this journey will be meaningful and unforgettable. It’s not limited to members; you can bring your partner and your (older) children along for the adventure.

April: Conference at Sea
One of the most exciting events this year is our Conference at Sea in April. Over three days, you’ll learn, network, and grow alongside other members while enjoying the stunning south coast of Australia. Even better, this event is family-friendly, so your loved ones can join you and get to know the Business Blueprint community.

Monthly Deep Dive Sessions
We’re set to host twelve half-day Deep Dive sessions throughout the year, each focusing on specific aspects of business growth.
From Marketing to Operations, these workshops provide practical tools and insights to drive your business forward. If you’re a member, keep an eye on your email for updates and announcements.
Wealth Building Summits
We’ll also hold two Wealth Building Summits exclusively for members. These popular events are packed with strategies for building both personal and business assets. Led by leading finance experts, each session will equip you with the knowledge to create long-term financial security.
Weekly Workshops and Dale Direct
Consistency is key, and that’s why we’re continuing with our weekly hour-long workshops. Each session covers a range of topics designed to inspire, educate, and empower. For our Platinum members, Dale Direct sessions offer a chance to ask Dale any question and get personalised guidance to solve your business’s most pressing problems.
Business Blueprint on Tour
Dale and the team make time each year to support entrepreneurs, sharing a full day of incredible free training at cities in Australia and New Zealand.
