Business Blueprint marked a truly unforgettable milestone in November 2024—our 15-year anniversary party at the Roundhouse in Sydney.
The event was a huge celebration of everything our community has achieved together, bringing members, friends, and special guests together for an evening of fun, laughter and dance floor shenanigans.
The theme for the night was Rebels and Renegades, and it was embraced with enthusiasm and creativity. We loved seeing our members dressed as iconic world leaders, legendary rock stars, fictional characters (Hello Maverick from Top Gun), and historic figures (Dale and Katherine arrived looking very regal as Anthony and Cleopatra).
At Blueprint, we like to party in style. The night began with a live acoustic band to welcome everyone, before Dale was joined on stage by Peter Baines from Hands Across the Water, to highlight one of Business Blueprint’s greatest accomplishments: raising over $3 million for charity in the past 15 years with the help of members and other supporters.
A new world record!
Then came the part of the evening that no one will ever forget—our ambitious world record attempt! With a lot of planning and an amazing amount of teamwork, our crowd of legendary business owners joined forces to set a record for The Most Number of Selfies Taken by a Group Within Three Minutes.
What followed was equal parts chaos and comedy as over 8,000 selfies were snapped in a highly coordinated frenzy. The energy in the room was electric, and the selfies came out looking absolutely fantastic.
World records are taken very seriously so every single snap had to be submitted and formally checked before it was confirmed as an official achievement. The exciting news is that everyone there on the night can now add Official World Record Holder to their bio.

Dance floor fun
As the evening continued, the dance floor came alive. DJ WHO kept the beats pumping, while the sensational Hayley Jensen delivered powerhouse crowd pleasers that had everyone on their feet. The stage even saw a few daring members step up to embody the rock stars and characters they were dressed as (a highlight was Danny, the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies from the movie Grease). Watching everyone let loose, celebrate and connect was a true highlight of the night.
15 years… we can’t believe it
This celebration wasn’t just about looking back; it was also about honouring the businesses, friendships and partnerships that have flourished over the years. Seeing members—some who’ve been part of the journey since the beginning—reconnect, reminisce and share their excitement for the future was incredibly special.
As we close the chapter on 15 remarkable years, we are more excited than ever about what’s ahead. In 2025, we’re doubling down on our mission to empower business owners with even more opportunities to grow and thrive. From monthly deep dives to inspiring in-person events and an exciting three-day cruise for members, the future of Business Blueprint is brighter than ever.
