A Roadmap to Better Business
The 2026 Business Blueprint Calendar is packed with opportunities to learn, grow and connect. From in-depth training on emerging tech to hands-on strategy days and energising community events, every activity is designed to deliver practical outcomes and measurable results.
Kicking off the year are our Deep Dive sessions, running monthly from January through November. These half day online sessions have a focused, topic-driven approach, covering everything from business automation and systems to marketing trends and financial growth.
First up in January: Business Planning Made Simple. This will give members a practical, easy-to-follow planning process so they can map out their next twelve months with clarity and confidence.
Also woven throughout the calendar are our essential AI Monthly sessions: targeted updates and training to help business owners understand, implement and get ahead with artificial intelligence. Whether you’re just starting with AI or already embedding it into your workflows, these sessions offer the clarity and direction needed to make smart decisions fast.
We also host Workshop Wednesday, regular sessions where we invite experts to share the latest tools, tips and strategies for business success. Recent workshops have covered SEO, business exit strategies, and short form content creation, and each specialist is hand-picked based on the knowledge that is needed, right now.

Free Full Day Business Training
Dale Beaumont, Dean Payn and the team are set to hit the road in Australia and New Zealand this year, bringing fresh full-day presentations to business owners, at no charge.

Business Blueprint Conferences
Held four times a year including an incredible four days in Fiji, our in-person conferences are immersive events where members come together for fresh insights, expert sessions, implementation time, valuable networking and a lot of fun.
These unmissable events are the heartbeat of our community and the best place to refocus and recharge your business goals. Members attend in Sydney in person, online and from our ‘Watch Party’ in Auckland, New Zealand.

Work Week (Jan/June/October)
Offered at WrkPod in Dumaguette, these are focused weeks designed for implementation and team building. If you have an outsourced team, you’ll have the chance to catch up with them in person to discuss bottlenecks, projects and strategy.
So many of our members say these weeks are game-changing for morale, energy and collaboration.
Masterclass Days
These full day expert sessions are all about upskilling. Each day dives deep into one area of business and is led by an industry specialist. Topics cover leadership, marketing, sales, social media, finance and more.
Round Table Days

BIG S’Cool Walk & Charity Events
