Paul TonichPaul Tonich was born in Perth, Western Australia, in 1972. Together with his three sisters and younger brother, Paul grew up watching his entrepreneurial parents run three businesses.

Determined to provide their children with the opportunities they missed out on, Paul’s parents worked seven days a week throughout much of his childhood.

After graduating high school, Paul followed his dream and joined the police force. He served ten years developing specialist skills as a trained negotiator and detective, before coming to a crossroads in his career.

After leaving the police, a family friend offered Paul a job as a real estate salesperson. Having purchased his first property at the age of 21, Paul had already developed a passion for property and was excited about the change in career.

Eight years on Paul is one of the three founding principals of Force First National, one of Western Australia’s most successful real estate agencies. While building the business, he discovered a passion for training others and has since started Paul Tonich Seminars with his sister, Amanda Morgan. This unique business coaching company is dedicated to personal and professional development. Over the past four years, Paul has actively shared his systems and strategies with over 4,000 people across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Married with two young children, Paul is a strong believer in balancing life and is committed to managing his time so that his family always comes first. He is a self-confessed ‘running junkie’ and manages to find time for a couple of marathons each year to push his boundaries and stay sharp.
